Vacuum Decay and Charging Leak Detectors
The SMARTSTATION VD and VDC leak detection systems offer a combination of traditional Vacuum Decay Leak Detection (VD) together with the capability of performing necessary product charging (VDC) routines. Available in Regular and High flow variants, these SMART STATIONS are configurable to production pressure specifications, through-put requirements and test unit internal volume needs.
Dual pressure (vacuum) sensors allow for dramatically increased sensitivity. Operational pressure ranges are available from 0-1000 and 0-10,000 Torr for the High-Pressure Sensor, and 0-1, 0-10, and 0-100 Torr for the Low Pressure Sensor. Test results are stored and traceable to unit serial numbers when scanned in.
