Refrigerant Sniffer Calibrators: Fixed and Variable Rates
VTI provides both Variable-Rate and Fixed-Rate Refrigerant Sniffer Calibrators using either Crimped Capillary or Teflon Permeation type leak-rate control elements. The variable leak-rate models are provided with pressure vs leak rate calibrations to allow the operator to change the leak rate by changing the reservoir pressure. The fixed leak-rate models are calibrated at one specific leak rate. The Capillary-element designs (RLS and FSLTC Models) have leak rates that are insensitive to temperature. The popular Teflon Permeation-element designs (RLSP, FSLTL, FSLTC and RSC Models) are not susceptible to plugging.
