This calculator is available in all modes and requires completion of a set-up menu. Conveniently, it allows for the construction of a table, (shown center), of masses and their corresponding ion currents to be monitored and constantly displayed in the window (shown far right). The table can be accessed and edited using the Set-up button within the window.
The table also provides for the setting of Alarm levels - upper and lower limits being individually programmable for each mass.
These alarms can drive external annunciation circuits, be used to trigger external events and also generate on-screen indication by color coding the peak information displayed window.
