The RGA Controls menu provides access to key Mass Spectrometer functions and parameters.
The Ion Source Settings section provides filament (Emission) on and off control, selects which filament is in operation and enables the Degas facility for UHV operation.
RGA Mode sets the detection option used. All instruments are fitted with a Faraday Cup detector and optionally, can have an electron Multiplier fitted.
