Multi-Head Operation - Networking
VTI instruments (AERO VAC Odyssey based) connected to a network remain available on that network to be hosted by a computer running Encounter software. You can add an Instrument to the Encounter environment through the Instrument Search menu shown right which indicates:
- Full list of units on the network
- If already in use it will show the host IP and name.
- Those available will have a vacant checkbox for selection
Up to eight instruments can be controlled by each computer running the Encounter software.
